Former Mass. EMT pleads guilty to tampering with 3 fentanyl citrate vials




From March 2020 to early October 2020, Mangan worked as a part-time EMT. Around Sept. 30, Magnan removed fentanyl citrate from three vials and replaced the majority of the contents with saline. Magnan had only left 4.4%, 6.8%, and 24.2% of the concentration of fentanyl citrate in the vials. She was charged on June 24, 2022.
